30-day returns

Return any unworn, unwashed item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be in original condition with tags attached.

How to start a return

Head to your account, open the order, and select Return — or email returns@edyoung.comwith your order number. We will send a prepaid label and instructions.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes a quick check, we refund your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping is non-refundable unless the return is our error.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Start an exchange from your order and we will ship the new piece as soon as your return is on its way back to us.

Damaged or wrong items

If something arrives damaged or we shipped the wrong item, email us within 7 days with a photo and we will make it right at no cost to you.

Final sale

Items marked Final Sale and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
