These terms cover your use of the EYD store and the purchase of our apparel. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Using the store

You agree to use this store for lawful purposes only and to provide accurate information when you create an account or place an order. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

Products & pricing

We do our best to show products and prices accurately, but colors may vary slightly between screens and printed garments, and pieces are printed in small runs that sell out. Prices are in USD and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors and cancel orders affected by them.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order. Once we accept it, we will send a confirmation. If we cannot fulfill an item, we will refund it.

The artwork

All marine artwork, designs, logos, and photography on this store are original works by Ed Young and are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, resell, or use them without written permission.

Limitation of liability

The store and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, EYD is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the store or products.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
